I started this year with a big resolution that can't make before,
"Be more fit, healthy and beauty"
First of all, i try to scheduling my gym every weeks ---> 3 times
Next...i drink green tea everyday (which my family told me so),
Started to eat rice rarely and a little part of rice in my plate.
This is what i'm going to say with who like to push me down,
ahaha...quite great
When i get to gym, sometimes i feel lazy, tired and a hundred reason...
I challenge my self to be better and think about other's success,
Everyone can, why should i can't?
It's just kind of parable i use for myself..
At the same time i learn to put make up on my face,
I ever read a quote like this:
“Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts.
This is the secret of success.” - Swami Sivananda
Maybe i just need MORE time than the others do,
and i need to try even HARDER than them,
This is my first try to do complete make up for my self,
feel no far difference?slow down, i'll try HARDER next time
